My name is David. I live in Colorado, about 70 miles south of Denver.
Professionally, I am an analytical chemist specializing in chemometrics and statistical analysis. My course of work is analyzing and reanalyzing data for proprietary and regulatory purposes. It also includes finding trends and other information of scientific value within.
Away from work, I enjoy photography quite immensely. Photography is about capturing a moment in time. The image, a scene frozen in time. It encompasses the power of observation with the technical limits of the camera. What makes it appealing is that you need not be an “expert” and have the best of camera kits. Pay attention to what you observe, the detail of capturing the moment will come easily.
Most of my photography is focused on cats, gardens, scenics, and the like. And, possibly, a portrait or two. Accordingly, you’ll see a wide variety of photos here.
