St. Patrick’s Day

Green, shamrocks, four leaf clovers, leprechauns. The food, either corned beef and cabbage or Irish Stew. The drink, either a Guinness or a smooth scotch whisky.

The choices:

The food, corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef comes in a can. It’s a product of Brazil. Cabbage, likely source California. Vidalia onion, likely source Georgia.

No potatoes, but served on a bed of rice.

The preferred drink, a Dewar’s Scotch Whisky. But, a Johnnie Walker Black Label will more than do.
