On this wintry, B&W day, the birds are waiting for today’s latest round of snow to come to an end.
A more persistent, heavier round of snow began shortly afterward. It quickly covered the ground and coated the trees with two inches of snow. And, the birds moved to a more protected location in the trees.
By noon, the snow had largely finished with the sun occasionally peeking through the overcast. Within a couple of hours, the fresh snow had completely melted away.
It’s definitely another sign of spring.
