Another sunrise was poised to make a colorful appearance. The few clouds in the morning sky were low on the southeastern horizon.

The range of colors did not disappoint. Most surprising, though, was the textured detail of the clouds. I noticed the cloud detail after downloading the images from the camera, and not in the electronic viewfinder.
